Kellogg ranks among World’s Most Ethical Companies

Big things sometimes begin in small ways. That’s what happened when Kellogg Company’s Adam B., Knowledge Center Lead, Global Procurement, asked his team why they didn’t have a college internship program in place to recruit and develop talent needs for the department.

Driven with a passion for the business, Adam worked with fellow team members Sharon E. and Kristen H. to create a successful internship program to recruit college students and establish a potential pipeline of future talent for the Procurement team. As a result of their dedication and efforts, the team received a W.K. Kellogg Values Award —one of our company’s highest honors. The award recognizes employees for modeling our K Values while driving results for the business – with our customers, consumers, communities and our peers.

Integrity, accountability, passion, humility, simplicity and a focus on success. These values are part of our DNA at Kellogg. And the example noted above is just one of thousands demonstrating how our employees live these values each and every day.

It’s this commitment to our values and business practices that have once again earned our company a spot on the Ethisphere Institute’s list of World’s Most Ethical Companies. Kellogg ranked No. 4 in the Food, Beverage and Agriculture category.

And this commitment starts at the very top. The institute has also recognized our Chairman and CEO John Bryant as one of 2015’s 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics –given to those who have made a significant impact on corporate integrity and how business is regarded and conducted around the globe.
