Through quick video clips, printable tip sheets and slideshows, Team Kellogg's and USOC nutrition experts share ideas that moms can use with their own families, including:

  • Games and activities to keep families moving, even in the worst weather
  • How top athletes form – and stick to – healthy habits
  • The best midday snacks for both athletes and families
  • Recipes that call for ingredients already in the pantry, including favorite Kellogg's cereals

"As a mother of two and someone who travels to competitions with my entire family, I can definitely relate to moms on-the-go and know how important it is to help keep my family energized," said Pikus-Pace. "A bowl of Kellogg's cereal with milk for breakfast plays an important role in my family's health, so I'm excited to work with other members of Team Kellogg's to show moms how easy it is to give their own families a great start."
