Kellogg’s eight Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) bring an inclusive perspective to our company, our brands, and each other. They offer innovative ideas for change and help us best connect with families and consumers around the world. Last November, 55 BERG leaders from around the world came together virtually and at our headquarters in Battle Creek, Mich., for a meeting of the minds at our first-ever Global BERG Capability Building and Recognition event! The event was filled with cross-continent collaboration, inspirational external guest speakers and internal strategy building.
