The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the business voice of the LGBT community, in collaboration with its partners in the National Business Inclusion Consortium, has named the seventh annual cohort of Best-of-the-Best list of corporations in America committed to diversity and inclusion across diverse segments.
Forbes has once again named Kellogg Company to its list of “World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies”. Kellogg is proud to be ranked No. 213 on the list, out of 400 companies.
In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes set out to identify companies excelling in championing women at work. The top honorees not only offer competitive pay and strong career advancement opportunities but also flexible work arrangements which experts agree are critical to correct gender inequities.
