A legacy of doing good, a future of Better Days

117 years ago, a man started a company with the belief that doing good for society was part of doing good business.

That man was W.K. Kellogg, and that company was what millions around the world know—and love—as Kellogg Company.

Mr. Kellogg was many things: a visionary, a philanthropist, a conservationist—truly a pioneer. His belief that a company does well by doing good has guided us since the beginning, pushing us to create better days for people and planet.

Today, that belief is manifested in Kellogg’s Better Days® Promise, our promise to advance sustainable and equitable access to food by addressing the intersection of wellbeing, hunger, sustainability, and equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I).

Our goal is to create #BetterDays for 3 billion people by the end of 2030. It’s a goal that Kellogg employees truly believe in and have worked hard to help us progress.

Which is why we’re so proud that we’ve been able to create better days for 1.8 billion people since 2015.

We’ve nourished people with our delicious foods, fed millions in need through food donations and feeding programs, reduced our impact on the environment, worked toward gender parity and diversity, and volunteered tens of thousands of hours around the world.

But there’s still work to be done. And while Kellogg is taking a bold new step in its journey, the commitment to doing good—to helping people and planet thrive—will remain steadfast.
