Equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) are engrained in Kellogg’s DNA and clearly integrated into our Code of Ethics, which states that we have respect for individuals of all backgrounds, capabilities and opinions.

For these reasons, one of the ways we are achieving our Kellogg’s Better Days® Promise is by ensuring ED&I in our own workforce. This includes our aspirational goals of gender 50/50 parity at the management level globally by the end of 2025 and, in the U.S., 25% racially underrepresented talent at the management level by the end of 2025.

We’re thrilled that, in 2022, we continued to be on track to reach our goals—not only did we inch higher in our key commitments, we improved in our representation metrics across all of our employee categories.

But our work is not done. We must give each person the unique resources and support they need to fulfill their potential, and we expect a tangible and visible commitment from our leadership, our employees, and our partners. To live our vision and fulfill our purpose, we must ensure equity for all.
