Kellogg France is partnering with Rudy's Kids Foundation, created by Rudy Gobert, a French basketball player in the NBA. This partnership aims to develop the Rudy Gobert Academy, launched at the start of the 2021 school year, thanks to the support of Nike and the city of Levallois-Perret. This educational program, developed in collaboration with the Etendart association, promotes the practice of basketball and the discovery of other disciplines such as creative arts and citizenship awareness.
The Rudy Gobert Academy is aimed at middle school students and activities are provided on the Rudy Gobert field, located in Levallois-Perret. During the school holidays, about 750 young people from all over the France Island are welcomed during 12 weeks of courses. The program includes one hour of basketball per week and the opportunity to discover a second activity such as boxing, theater, computer design, English and even learning about food balance with Kellogg France.
Kellogg France joins the Academy's partners with 60,000€. The program includes four weeks of internships around culinary training that will be offered to young people. The idea? Make them discover good eating habits, taste and nutrition.
Supporting communities is one of the pillars of Kellogg France’s CSR approach, "Cultivating Simplicity". This is why a partnership with the network of solidarity grocery stores ANDES was created in 2019. It includes the implementation of breakfast workshops in the network's social and solidarity grocery stores (140 workshops carried out in 2022). This new partnership with Rudy's Kids Foundation marks a new stage for Kellogg France in the expansion of breakfast workshops.
In addition, Kellogg Europe has partnered with the NBA to roll out an in-store partnership on cereal and cereal bar brands from January to June 2023, with NBA prizes for consumers.
