KELLOGG COMPANY TO ISSUE 2005 FOURTH-QUARTER AND FULL-YEAR 2005 RESULTS DURING CONFERENCE CALL/WEBCAST

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) plans to issue its 2005 fourth-quarter and full-year earnings results in a press release at approximately 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006. The company will also host a conference call/webcast, during which executive management will review and discuss these results. Speaking on behalf of Kellogg Company will be Jim Jenness, chairman and chief executive officer; David Mackay, president and chief operating officer; and Jeff Boromisa, senior vice president and chief financial officer. A question and answer session with analysts and investors will follow.
