KELLOGG NAMED ONE OF ‘TOP 40 COMPANIES FOR HISPANICS’ BY HISPANIC BUSINESS MAGAZINE

Kellogg Company is one of Americas top companies for Hispanics, according to the September issue of Hispanic Business magazine.

The company is ranked among 40 Fortune 500 corporations in the United States that demonstrate “a total commitment to Hispanics in the workplace,” the magazine says. The “Top 40 Companies for Hispanics” rankings are based on research into how companies reach out to Hispanics in the areas of recruitment, promotion, procurement, philanthropy and marketing.

Kellogg, ranked 28th, focuses its diversity efforts on building an inclusive workforce and in its programs to serve the company’s customers, consumers and suppliers.

“Kellogg has long embraced diversity and made it a priority,” says VeLois Bowers, Kellogg Company’s vice president of Inclusion and Diversity. “Diversity is also a cornerstone of our company values. Kellogg encourages showing respect for and valuing all individuals for their unique backgrounds, experiences, styles, approaches and ideas.
