Kellogg Introduces Nutri-Grain Granola Bars and Snack Bites To Help Busy Parents Win Their Morning Marathons
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - On your mark - get set - go! Trying to get the family out the door every morning is like running a marathon. Parents race around the house organizing kids and schedules, but it's often on an empty stomach. Without the proper fuel, energy levels can drop fast, causing feet to drag. To help busy adults succeed in their morning marathons, Kellogg introduces the newest addition to its Nutri-Grain line\-Nutri-Grain granola bars and bites.

No matter how busy mornings are, adults can still get the energy they need with Nutri-Grain granola bars and bites, which provide a good source of seven vitamins and minerals. The bars and bites feature wholesome, chewy granola in six varieties: honey oat and raisin, mixed berry and chocolatey chip granola bars; as well as oatmeal raisin, berry medley and chocolatey chip granola bites.

"Kellogg understands that busy adults want to maintain balanced diets, but that it's difficult to do so during hectic morning schedules," said Jenny Enochson, director of marketing communications for Kellogg Company. "We created Nutri-Grain granola bars and bites to provide on-the-go adults with wholesome snacking options that provide needed energy for their day."

Nutri-Grain granola bars and bites will be available in September for the suggested retail price of $3.29 for an eight-count box of bars and a six-count box of bite pouches. They can be found in the granola aisle section of major supermarkets, grocery stores and mass retailers nationwide.
