KELLOGG "BREAKFAST WITH BARRY" WARMS TRADING DAY AT NYSE

Actor Barry Williams Highlights Introduction of Kellogg's Fruit Harvest Cereal

NEW YORK - To the delight of traders at the New York Stock Exchange, Kellogg Company today brought the look and feel of a summer fruit market to Broad Street on an otherwise cold February morning to celebrate the introduction of Kellogg's Fruit Harvest Cereal, a new line of lightly sweetened cereal with select varieties of real fruit.

Carlos Gutierrez, Chairman and CEO of Kellogg, and Graham Petersen, Vice President Innovation, unveiled giant cereal boxes depicting the two varieties of Fruit Harvest Cereal - Strawberry Blueberry and Apple Cinnamon - while a chorus line of dancing strawberries, blueberries and apples marked the momentous occasion. The NYSE and Kellogg guests were then treated to a Fruit Harvest "Breakfast with Barry" featuring a special appearance by actor Barry Williams from The Brady Bunch.

"At Kellogg, we know breakfast is more than just the most important meal of the day. For many, it is an occasion that is routinely enjoyed and savored," said Petersen. "New Kellogg's Fruit Harvest Cereal delivers convenient year-round enjoyment of favorite cereal-and-fruit combinations."

Kellogg's Fruit Harvest Cereal is the latest in a long history of innovative products from Kellogg Company. Fruit Harvest Strawberry Blueberry features crunchy, lightly sweetened flakes of rice and whole wheat, slices of real strawberries, whole, sun-ripened blueberries and sliced almonds. Fruit Harvest Apple Cinnamon features lightly sweetened rice and wheat flakes, crispy-thin real apple slices and sliced almonds. Both provide nine essential vitamins and minerals and are an important part of a healthy and enjoyable breakfast.

The main point-of-difference of Fruit Harvest lies in the fruit ingredient, which is processed in a way that is truly innovative and unique. The fruit is picked at the peak of freshness, and then the strawberries and blueberries are freeze-dried and the apples are vacuum-dried using a patented method that locks in natural color and aroma and delivers a fresh taste.

Kellogg's Fruit Harvest Cereal is available at grocery and mass retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $3.79 for a 12.2-ounce box of Fruit Harvest Strawberry Blueberry and $3.79 for a 13.4-ounce box of Fruit Harvest Apple Cinnamon.
