Brands Offer "Must Have" Xbox® Games and Merchandise in Time for Holiday Season

Battle Creek, Mich. — This holiday season, Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) is teaming up with Microsoft's Xbox 360 to bring the ultimate gaming experience "inside the box" of some of its most popular foods. As console sales peak and are at the top of every teen/tween wish list, Kellogg will offer game enthusiasts the chance to score Xbox mini-games, game rentals and merchandise. The partnership represents the highest value promotion the company has ever executed.

Beginning this month, Kellogg will insert one of five Xbox mini-games in specially marked boxes of many of its popular, ready-to-eat cereals, including Kellogg's Frosted Flakes®, Apple Jacks®, Corn Pops® and Cocoa Rice Krispies™. Fans can collect all five mini hand-held, color background video games — developed exclusively for Kellogg — to maximize their gaming adventures. Select cereal boxes will also offer free game rentals, through gamefly.com, including a 30-day free trial that is redeemable with two Universal Purchasing Codes (UPCs).

In addition, mail-in offers for Xbox knit hats, t-shirts, back sacks and instant win rewards will be available on packages of Kellogg's® Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries, Eggo® waffles and Kellogg-branded fruit flavored snacks.
