Special K Bliss™ bars have 90 calories, 2 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat and 0 grams of trans fat per serving. Each bar contains 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 70 milligrams of sodium and 9 grams of sugar. They will be available on grocers' shelves in the cereal aisle nationwide beginning January 2008 for a suggested retail price of $3.49 per six-bar box.
