Kellogg Company Declares Regular Dividend of $.375 Per Share


BATTLE CREEK, Mich., Jul 24, 2009 -- Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $.375 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on September 15, 2009, to shareowners of record at the close of business on September 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is August 28, 2009. This is the 339th consecutive quarter that Kellogg Company has paid a dividend to owners of common stock since 1925.
