From bringing colleagues into the conversation to empowering all employees at Kellogg, our 16 global Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) create a place at the table for everyone.

Our BERGs are a key piece of our equity, diversity and inclusion strategy; they play a unique and vital role in the ongoing success of our business by helping us make an impact in the workplace, marketplace and in our communities. To ensure that, we’ve put in place a process that integrates BERGs into our go-to-market strategies, including innovation, research and development, culinary and creative.

The work that our BERGs do is incredibly important in helping us achieve our Kellogg’s Better Days® Promise—from helping amplify diverse voices to volunteering in their local communities, their members and leaders are passionate about the parts they play in creating better days for 3 billion people by the end of 2030.
